CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask for 24-hour notice in order to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Same day cancellations may be charged 50% cost of the booked service. No shows will be charged 100% of booked service cost. Rebooking will be suspended until the fee is paid.

RUNNING LATE?

We have a strict 15 minute grace period before you are considered a no-show. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may receive limited services in order to keep your appointment.
